The products presented on the website are described as accurately as possible. Because 3D printing may involve material, color, finishing and production constraints, slight differences may exist between the displayed visuals and the final product.

Prices are displayed in Tunisian dinars (TND), unless otherwise indicated. Lumo.tn may update prices at any time. The price applied to an order is the price shown at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed when the customer submits the checkout form and receives an order confirmation. Lumo.tn may contact the customer to verify details, clarify a customization request, or confirm availability before production or delivery.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. When cash on delivery is offered, the customer agrees to prepare the exact amount due and to be reachable at the contact details provided.

6. Production and delivery

Production and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, customization, printing constraints and delivery area. Lumo.tn will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer in case of delay.

7. Custom products

For custom or made-to-order items, the customer is responsible for providing accurate files, dimensions, colors and instructions. Once production has started, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

8. Returns and complaints

If a product arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order, the customer should contact Lumo.tn as soon as possible with the order number, photos and a clear description of the issue. Personalized or custom-made products may be excluded from return when they match the validated request.

9. Customer obligations

The customer agrees to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and not submit files or requests that infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

10. Liability

Lumo.tn is responsible for fulfilling confirmed orders under normal conditions, but cannot be held liable for indirect damages, misuse of products, inaccurate customer instructions, or events outside its reasonable control.
